【摘要】:本課題結(jié)合濟(jì)鋼的工藝、技術(shù)和裝備條件,研究600-700MPa級(jí)系列高強(qiáng)輕量化汽車(chē)大梁鋼。本文在濟(jì)鋼MS-200熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)上進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)合汽車(chē)大梁鋼的特點(diǎn),以C、Si、Mn為主要成分,添加適量鈮、鈦微合金元素,系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用多種強(qiáng)化機(jī)制軋制高強(qiáng)鋼。通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼的實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究工作確定了J610L和J700的工藝窗口,設(shè)計(jì)了合理的工業(yè)試制軋制工藝方案,開(kāi)展了工業(yè)試制。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,J610L和J700熱軋鋼帶總體性能較好,強(qiáng)度較高,抗疲勞性能及其焊接性能達(dá)到預(yù)期,冷成型性能和低溫沖擊韌性測(cè)試結(jié)果優(yōu)良。更加可取之處是該鋼在保證承載能力的前提下,車(chē)身重量得當(dāng)下降,可有效降低油耗,提高運(yùn)行效率,為車(chē)輛輕量化設(shè)計(jì)提供有益參考。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容和結(jié)論包括:(1)在濟(jì)鋼熱連軋生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)上,開(kāi)發(fā)出J610L、J700高強(qiáng)韌性的汽車(chē)大梁用鋼,該鋼韌脆轉(zhuǎn)變溫度在-60℃以下,冷彎性能優(yōu)良,J610L的疲勞極限在500MPa以上(疲勞試驗(yàn)應(yīng)力比R=0.1),J700抗拉強(qiáng)度在690 MPa,焊接性能優(yōu)良,尺寸精度高,可滿(mǎn)足汽車(chē)車(chē)架沖壓、輥壓、折彎、裝配等工藝要求。(2)采用低碳(0.05-0.10%),高錳(1.60-2.0%),鈮、鈦復(fù)合微合金化,不添鉬、鉻、鎳、釩等元素,生產(chǎn)出純度較高的中薄板坯,該成分設(shè)計(jì)大幅降低了高成本的合金元素的加入,利于冶煉及后期回收再利用。
[Abstract]:Based on the technology, technology and equipment conditions of Jigang, this paper studies the 600-700MPa series high strength and lightweight steel beam steel. This paper has conducted experiments on the MS-200 thermal simulation test machine of Jigang. Combined with the characteristics of the automobile beam steel, C, Si and Mn are used as the main components to add a proper amount of niobium and titanium microalloyed elements, and the system is used for many kinds of strengthening mechanisms to roll high strength. Steel. Through the laboratory research work of the experimental steel, the process window of J610L and J700 was determined. A reasonable industrial trial rolling process was designed and the industrial trial production was carried out. Through the experiment, the results showed that the overall performance of the J610L and J700 hot rolled steel strip was better, the strength was higher, the fatigue resistance and welding performance reached the expected, cold forming performance and low temperature. The results of impact toughness test are excellent. It is more desirable that the weight of the body falls properly on the premise of guaranteeing the bearing capacity, which can effectively reduce the oil consumption and improve the operation efficiency. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) J610L, J700 is developed in the hot continuous rolling line of Jigang. High strength and toughness automobile beam steel, the steel ductile brittle transition temperature below -60 C, good cold bending performance, J610L fatigue limit above 500MPa (fatigue test stress ratio R=0.1), J700 tensile strength of 690 MPa, good welding performance, high dimensional precision, can meet the vehicle frame stamping, roll pressure, bending, assembly and other technological requirements. (2) low carbon ( 0.05-0.10%), high manganese (1.60-2.0%), niobium, titanium microalloying, without adding molybdenum, chromium, nickel, vanadium and other elements to produce high purity medium thin slab, which greatly reduced the addition of high cost alloy elements, conducive to smelting and recovery and reuse.
