【摘要】：利用背散電子衍射(EBSD)研究了1235鋁合金坯料在加工過程中的織構(gòu)演變。結(jié)果表明:6mm厚鑄軋態(tài)鋁箔坯料的主要織構(gòu)為{210}221織構(gòu)、{221}210織構(gòu),并含有少量的{110}001高斯織構(gòu);2.55mm厚和0.54mm厚冷軋態(tài)坯料的主要織構(gòu)有{110}001高斯織構(gòu)和{112}111銅型織構(gòu);2.55mm厚的冷軋態(tài)坯料經(jīng)630℃7h均勻化退火后的織構(gòu)主要是{100}001立方織構(gòu);0.54mm厚的冷軋坯料經(jīng)380℃6h中間退火后的主要織構(gòu)有{100}001立方織構(gòu)和{110}001高斯織構(gòu)。對(duì)織構(gòu)的演變機(jī)制進(jìn)行了深入的探討。
