V對Fe-Mn-Si合金不同變形條件下馬氏體相變的影響

【摘要】:采用X射線衍射和透射電鏡研究了V對Fe-Mn-Si合金不同變形條件下的馬氏體相變特性的影響。研究表明:相同變形條件下,Fe-17Mn-5Si-2Cr-2Ni-1V合金中ε馬氏體含量比Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni合金的要多,且ε馬氏體量的變化速率遠低于Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni合金。Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni和Fe-17Mn-5Si-2Cr-2Ni-1V合金的應力松弛率均隨停載時間的增加而增大,且Fe-17Mn-5Si-2Cr-2Ni-1V合金的松弛率大大低于Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni合金。
[Abstract]:The effect of V on the martensite transformation of Fe-Mn-Si alloy under different deformation conditions was studied by means of X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope. The results show that the content of 蔚 martensite in Fe-17Mn-5Si-2Cr-2Ni-1V alloy is higher than that of Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni alloy under the same deformation condition, and the change rate of 蔚 martensite content is much lower than that of Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni alloy. Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni and Fe-17Mn-5Si-2Cr-2Ni-1V alloy increase with the increase of stopping time. The relaxation rate of Fe-17Mn-5Si-2Cr-2Ni-1V alloy is much lower than that of Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni alloy.
