一種具有高形狀回復率的雙相Ni-Mn-Ga-Gd高溫形狀記憶合金(英文)

【摘要】:通過彎曲試驗研究了雙相Ni_(58)Mn_(25)Ga_(16.9)Gd_(0.1)合金的形狀記憶效應和回復率。結果表明,該合金具有優(yōu)異的形狀回復能力。在預變形4.6%加熱后,可以得到86%的形狀回復率,高于已報道的雙相Ni-Mn-Ga合金。這是因為Gd摻雜提高了γ相的臨界滑移應力,使γ相不易發(fā)生變形。
[Abstract]:The shape memory effect and the recovery rate of the biphasic NiStack58 Mn-MN _ (25) GdSZ _ (0.1) alloy have been studied by means of bending test. The results are as follows: (1) the shape memory effect and the recovery rate of the alloy are studied. The results show that the alloy has excellent shape recovery ability. After predeformation of 4.6% heating, 86% shape recovery can be obtained, which is higher than the reported dual phase Ni-Mn-Ga alloy. This is because Gd doping increases the critical slip stress of 緯 phase and makes 緯 phase difficult to deform.
