變質處理和快速冷卻對Al-27Si合金初晶硅細化的研究

【摘要】:采用添加變質劑和快速冷卻相結合的方法,改善Al-27Si合金初晶硅的形貌和尺寸,并借助光學顯微鏡OM、分析軟件Image Plus對初晶硅的尺寸、形貌、圓整度、粒度分布等進行了統(tǒng)計和分析。結果表明,細化Al-27Si合金初晶硅尺寸效果較好的變質處理和快速冷卻的工藝為:變質劑添加量0.09%,變質溫度880℃,變質時間30 min,型腔內徑準10 mm的冷卻模具。同時得到對初晶硅尺寸的影響因素,由大到小的順序是:變質劑的添加量冷卻速度=變質時間變質溫度。
[Abstract]:The morphology and size of primary silicon in Al-27Si alloy were improved by the combination of modifier and rapid cooling. The size, morphology and roundness of primary silicon were analyzed by Image Plus with the help of optical microscope. The particle size distribution was analyzed. The results show that the modification treatment and rapid cooling process for refining the size of primary silicon in Al-27Si alloy are as follows: the amount of modifier is 0.09, the modification temperature is 880 鈩,
