退火溫度對(duì)鐵素體基輕質(zhì)鋼組織與力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:為了滿(mǎn)足汽車(chē)輕量化的要求,研制輕質(zhì)鋼迫在眉睫。設(shè)計(jì)了一種成分(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),%)為Fe-0.25C-3.5Mn-8Al的鐵素體基輕質(zhì)鋼,研究了在不同熱處理?xiàng)l件下,試驗(yàn)鋼的顯微組織與力學(xué)性能之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,冷軋?jiān)囼?yàn)鋼具有較高的抗拉強(qiáng)度和屈服強(qiáng)度,但斷后伸長(zhǎng)率較低。退火處理后冷軋?jiān)囼?yàn)鋼的性能有大幅改善,經(jīng)過(guò)950℃×50 s+400℃×3 min處理后,其強(qiáng)塑積可達(dá)22 451 MPa·%。隨著退火溫度的升高,鋼中奧氏體含量逐漸增多,κ-碳化物逐漸溶解直至消失。拉伸變形后部分奧氏體發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,奧氏體穩(wěn)定性參數(shù)與強(qiáng)塑積成正比。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirement of automobile lightweight, it is urgent to develop lightweight steel. A ferrite based lightweight steel with Fe-0.25C-3.5Mn-8Al composition was designed. The relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of the test steel under different heat treatment conditions was studied. The results show that the cold rolled steel has higher tensile strength and yield strength, but lower elongation after break.
