脈沖電流-激光愈合鈦合金深層裂紋愈合處理對力學(xué)性能的影響機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:分別借鑒脈沖電流與激光各自的優(yōu)勢對鈦合金中的深層裂紋進(jìn)行復(fù)合處理,研究脈沖電流-激光愈合處理對力學(xué)性能的影響機(jī)理。微觀硬度檢測結(jié)果顯示,經(jīng)過脈沖電流處理后,愈合區(qū)與基體間硬度差異明顯,愈合區(qū)具有較高的硬度值;經(jīng)過激光重熔處理后,由脈沖電流處理形成的愈合區(qū)內(nèi)硬度有所下降,且在重熔區(qū)-熱影響區(qū)-基體內(nèi)硬度呈現(xiàn)出逐漸遞減的趨勢。力學(xué)性能測試結(jié)果顯示,對脈沖電流處理試樣,拉伸性能降低,疲勞性能提升,且性能曲線均呈現(xiàn)二次斷裂特性,這是由于愈合區(qū)的塑性較低,且處于應(yīng)力集中區(qū)域,在加載過程中造成愈合區(qū)提前斷裂或失效。對脈沖電流與激光復(fù)合處理試樣,拉伸與疲勞性能提升明顯。脈沖電流的繞流效應(yīng)、焦耳熱效應(yīng)及激光的重熔作用是實(shí)現(xiàn)裂紋愈合效果的主要原因。
[Abstract]:The deep cracks in titanium alloy were treated by using the advantages of pulse current and laser, respectively, and the mechanism of pulse current-laser healing on mechanical properties was studied. The results of microhardness test show that after pulse current treatment, the hardness difference between the healing zone and the matrix is obvious, and the healing zone has a higher hardness value, and after laser remelting treatment, The hardness of the healing zone formed by pulse current treatment decreased, and the hardness decreased gradually in the remelting zone, the heat-affected zone and the base. The results of mechanical properties test show that the tensile properties of the samples treated with pulse current are decreased, the fatigue properties are improved, and the performance curves show secondary fracture characteristics, which is due to the low plasticity in the healing zone and the stress concentration region. During loading, the healing zone breaks or fails ahead of time. The tensile and fatigue properties of the samples treated with pulsed current and laser are improved obviously. The effect of pulse current, joule heat and laser remelting are the main reasons for the effect of crack healing.
