【摘要】：提出一種同時(shí)測(cè)量運(yùn)動(dòng)平臺(tái)五自由度誤差的方法。采用準(zhǔn)直的激光光束作為基準(zhǔn),僅以角錐棱鏡作為誤差測(cè)量的敏感器件,由1個(gè)斜方棱鏡和聚焦透鏡并輔以光電位移傳感器組成測(cè)量系統(tǒng)。研究結(jié)果表明:直線運(yùn)動(dòng)平臺(tái)2個(gè)直線度誤差和3個(gè)角度誤差可同時(shí)測(cè)量,且測(cè)量頭無(wú)電纜連接;測(cè)量直線度誤差的分辨率小于0.1μm,角度誤差的分辨率小于1″;直線度和角度測(cè)量精度分別達(dá)到1μm和5″。測(cè)量系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,易于安裝和調(diào)節(jié),適用于運(yùn)動(dòng)平臺(tái)多自由度誤差精密測(cè)量。
[Abstract]:A method for simultaneous measurement of five degrees of freedom error of moving platform is presented.The collimated laser beam is used as the reference and only the corner prism is used as the sensitive device for error measurement. The measuring system is composed of an oblique prism and a focusing lens supplemented by a photoelectric displacement sensor.The results show that two straightness errors and three angle errors can be measured simultaneously, and the measurement head has no cable connection, the resolution of straightness error is less than 0.1 渭 m, the resolution of angle error is less than 1 ".The measurement accuracy of straightness and angle is 1 渭 m and 5 ", respectively.The measuring system is simple in structure, easy to install and adjust, and suitable for precision measurement of multi-degree of freedom error of moving platform.
