核電設備用690鎳基合金氣體保護焊絲國產(chǎn)化研究

【摘要】:針對核電設備用690鎳基合金焊接材料依賴進口的現(xiàn)狀,開展690鎳基合金焊接材料的國產(chǎn)化研制。研制的690鎳基合金氣體保護焊焊絲WHS690M滿足CAP1000及CAP1400核電站的要求,焊接工藝性良好,在不同焊接規(guī)范參數(shù)下,焊縫金屬室溫及高溫力學性能波動較小,350℃抗拉強度≥485 MPa。對WHS690M及進口Inconel 52M焊絲熔敷金屬進行高溫失塑裂紋敏感性評估,并結合光學顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)及電子背散射衍射技術(EBSD),對晶粒取向和晶界特征進行觀察。試驗表明,焊縫金屬DDC最小臨界應變出現(xiàn)在1 050℃附近,進口Inconel 52M最小臨界應變約為2.1%,WHS690M最小臨界應變約為3.2%。
[Abstract]:In view of the current situation that 690 nickel base alloy welding materials for nuclear power equipment depend on import, the domestic development of 690 nickel base alloy welding materials is carried out.The WHS690M of the gas shielded welding wire developed for 690 nickel-base alloy meets the requirements of CAP1000 and CAP1400 nuclear power stations, and the welding process is good.
