【摘要】：伴隨著國家經(jīng)濟科學的不斷提升,我國人民的生活水平也在不斷的提高,其中最顯著的一個變化就是我國的家庭車輛擁有量在不斷的增多。汽車的需求量的提升,在很大程度上對我國汽車的制造質(zhì)量有了更高的要求。在汽車的車身設(shè)計過程中,由于白車車身的制造過程對設(shè)計尺寸有非常高的要求。因此在制作白車車身時,對汽車焊接夾具的要求也在不斷的提升。汽車車身的尺寸在很大程度上影響著汽車的整體裝配,及汽車外形的美觀性。因此在汽車車身設(shè)計時對汽車夾具的設(shè)計就顯得非常重視了。文章主要針對汽車焊接夾具的設(shè)計進行詳細的論述以及分析,希望通過文章的闡述以及分析能夠有效地提升我國汽車焊接夾具的設(shè)計質(zhì)量,同時也為我國的汽車裝配質(zhì)量的提升貢獻力量。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of national economic science, the living standards of our people are also constantly improving. One of the most significant changes is the increasing number of family vehicles in our country, and the increase in the demand for cars. To a large extent, there are higher requirements for the quality of automobile manufacture in our country. In the process of automobile body design, the manufacturing process of white car body has very high requirements on the design size. Therefore, in the manufacture of white car body, The requirements for welding jigs are also constantly rising. The size of the car body greatly affects the overall assembly of the vehicle. Therefore, we attach great importance to the design of the jig in the automobile body design. This article mainly discusses and analyzes the design of the welding fixture of the automobile in detail. It is hoped that the design quality of automobile welding fixture in China can be improved effectively through the elaboration and analysis of this article, and at the same time, it can also contribute to the improvement of automobile assembly quality in China.
