【摘要】:金屬旋壓是一種適用于生產(chǎn)薄壁回轉(zhuǎn)體工件的成形工藝,采用旋壓的方法加工錐體盒形件的成形工藝一直是研究的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。為了拓寬視野,采用定初始角度步長(zhǎng)無(wú)?招男龎盒喡窂皆O(shè)計(jì)的方法進(jìn)行旋壓工藝的設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)錐體盒形件的幾何關(guān)系分析推導(dǎo)出旋壓路徑,并將旋壓路徑轉(zhuǎn)化成數(shù)控機(jī)床程序代碼,從而完成錐體盒形異形件的加工,得到了符合加工要求的零件,并且表面沒(méi)有起皮、波紋、鼓包、裂紋等常見(jiàn)缺陷。
[Abstract]:Metal spinning is a kind of forming technology suitable for the production of workpiece of thin wall rotary body. The forming process of cone box by spinning method has always been the focal point and difficulty of research, in order to widen the field of vision, The spinning process is designed by the method of designing the path of constant initial angle step size hollow spinning wheel. The spinning path is deduced by analyzing the geometric relationship of the cone box, and the spinning path is converted into the program code of NC machine tool. Thus, the processing of conical box shaped special-shaped parts is completed, and the parts that meet the processing requirements are obtained, and there are no common defects such as peeling, corrugation, bulging, cracks and other common defects on the surface.
