【摘要】：以Φ45 mm×8 mm規(guī)格奧氏體304不銹鋼鋼管為研究對(duì)象,采用A-TIG焊(添加活性劑的鎢極氬弧焊)進(jìn)行對(duì)接焊接工藝試驗(yàn),研究不同焊接起始點(diǎn)對(duì)焊縫成型的影響,并檢測(cè)外觀質(zhì)量符合要求的焊件的性能和微觀組織等。分析認(rèn)為:采用A-TIG焊接工藝焊接Φ45 mm×8 mm規(guī)格奧氏體304不銹鋼鋼管時(shí),可在不開(kāi)坡口、不填絲的情況下,實(shí)現(xiàn)一次性焊透,并達(dá)到單面焊雙面成型的目的;焊縫組織為奧氏體+鐵素體,其組織與未添加活性劑時(shí)的一致,但添加活性劑可明顯改善組織性能;焊接接頭的性能滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
[Abstract]:Taking 桅 45mm 脳 8mm austenitic 304 stainless steel pipe as the research object, A-TIG welding (TIG welding with active agent) was used to study the effect of different starting points on weld forming. The properties and microstructure of welded parts with satisfactory appearance quality were tested. It was found that when the 桅 45mm 脳 8mm austenitic 304 stainless steel pipe was welded by A-TIG welding process, the one-off welding penetration could be realized without opening the groove and without wire filling. The microstructure of weld is austenitic ferrite, but the addition of active agent can obviously improve the microstructure and properties of the welded joints, and the properties of welded joints meet the requirements of the standard.
