【摘要】：本文從徑向鍛機(jī)錘頭的材料組成形式,分析了錘頭磨損的不同方式。針對其磨損方式提出了不同銑削要求,使錘頭表面工作層UDIMET520和中間過渡層E23-250形成了不同的焊接修復(fù)工藝,從而得到了具體的錘頭修復(fù)工藝方法,提高錘頭使用壽命。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the different wear ways of hammer head are analyzed from the material composition of radial forging machine. Different milling requirements are put forward in view of the wear mode. Different welding repair processes are formed between the working layer UDIMET520 and the intermediate layer E23-250 of the hammer head surface. The concrete repairing process method of hammer head is obtained, and the service life of hammer head is improved.
