【摘要】：海綿鋯自耗電極大量浸水后,采用傳統(tǒng)常溫除水工藝的除水效果不能滿足核級鋯合金鑄錠的熔煉技術(shù)要求。結(jié)合水的"壓力-溫度"相圖,提出加熱、抽空的除水工藝,并進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。該工藝避免了以往常溫狀態(tài)下抽空過程水分結(jié)冰,無法被徹底去除的現(xiàn)象,保證了海綿態(tài)物料中水分的去除效果,對工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)過程中因裝備、操作等原因造成海綿態(tài)物料浸水后的處理具有較強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Zirconium sponge consumable electrode mass after immersion at room temperature using the traditional water removal process in addition to the requirements of smelting technology can not meet the water effect of nuclear grade zirconium alloy ingot. The pressure temperature phase diagram, the combination of water of heating, water removal process time, and verified. This process avoids the normal temperature and time the process of water ice, can not be completely remove the phenomenon, to ensure the removal of water sponge state in the material, the industrial production process for equipment, operation and other causes has a strong guiding significance for treatment of sponge state material after immersion in water.
