鍛壓工藝對(duì)Cu-Zn基合金同步器齒環(huán)性能的影響研究

【摘要】:采用不同的模具預(yù)熱溫度、始鍛溫度和終鍛溫度對(duì)Cu-Zn基汽車同步器齒環(huán)進(jìn)行了鍛造,并進(jìn)行了磨損性能和沖擊性能的測(cè)試與分析。結(jié)果表明:在試驗(yàn)條件下,隨模具預(yù)熱溫度從200℃升高至300℃、始鍛溫度從720℃升高至800℃或終鍛溫度從590℃升高至710℃,齒環(huán)的磨損性能和沖擊性能均先提高后下降。Cu-Zn基汽車同步器齒環(huán)的最佳工藝參數(shù)為:模具預(yù)熱溫度275℃、始鍛溫度780℃、終鍛溫度690℃。
