冷卻方式對(duì)Cr26Ni14Nb2鋼抗氧化性能的影響

【摘要】:采用增重法對(duì)Cr26Ni14Nb2奧氏體耐熱鋼的抗氧化性能進(jìn)行研究,并用XRD、SEM對(duì)氧化膜的組成及結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,冷卻方式對(duì)Cr26Ni14Nb2鋼在不同溫度下的氧化膜構(gòu)成影響不大,主要成分均為Cr_2O_3及尖晶石結(jié)構(gòu)的物質(zhì),但溫度超過(guò)950℃后,氧化膜中出現(xiàn)了Fe_2O_3、Fe_3O_4,且隨溫度升高它們的數(shù)量增加;三種冷卻方式的試樣,在850、950℃加熱時(shí),均具有較好的抗氧化性能;在1050℃加熱時(shí),空冷試樣具有更好的抗氧化性。
[Abstract]:The oxidation resistance of Cr26Ni14Nb2 austenitic heat-resistant steel was studied by weight gain method, and the composition and structure of the oxide film were analyzed by XRD-SEM. The results showed that the cooling mode had little effect on the composition of oxide film of Cr26Ni14Nb2 steel at different temperatures.
