一種新型高溫酸化緩蝕劑的制備及性能評價

【摘要】:目的改善緩蝕劑在高溫酸液中的緩蝕性能,滿足油田高溫井酸化施工的要求。方法在合成一種新型吡啶季銨鹽的基礎上,添加炔醇、碘化鉀等助劑進行復配,得到一種新型高溫酸化緩蝕劑HTCI-1。使用HK-1高溫高壓動態(tài)腐蝕儀對其緩蝕性能進行測試,通過電化學測試、SEM、EDS等實驗對其緩蝕機理進行分析。結果該酸化緩蝕劑在160℃、16 MPa、20%HCl或者土酸(12%HCl+3%HF)、質量分數(shù)3.0%的條件下,使N80試片的腐蝕速率分別為24.53 g/(m~2·h)和23.72 g/(m~2·h),達到了SY/T 5405—1996中的一級指標。結論在高溫酸液中,N80鋼片腐蝕速率降低,主要是由于緩蝕劑分子吸附到碳鋼表面形成了一層致密的疏水性吸附膜,從而降低了侵蝕性離子與鋼鐵表面接觸的幾率,腐蝕電極反應過程受到抑制,達到了高溫條件下防護金屬的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the corrosion inhibition performance of corrosion inhibitor in high temperature acid solution and to meet the requirements of acidizing operation of oilfield high temperature wells. Methods based on the synthesis of a new pyridine quaternary ammonium salt, the additives such as acetylene alcohol and potassium iodide were added. A novel high temperature acidizing inhibitor HTCI-1 was obtained. The corrosion inhibition performance of HTCI-1 was tested by HK-1 high temperature and high pressure dynamic corrosion tester. The corrosion inhibition mechanism was analyzed by electrochemical test, such as SEMN EDS and so on. Results the acidizing inhibitor was prepared under the condition of 160 鈩,
