【摘要】：TIG-MIG復合焊綜合了純氬氣保護氣氛下熔化極惰性氣體焊的高效特性以及鎢極氬弧焊的高質量特性的一種焊接方法。詳細介紹了前導電弧、TIG-MIG平衡電流、TIG-MIG電極之間距離以及TIG-MIG焊槍之間角度對TIG-MIG焊接性能的影響以及在TIG-MIG焊接實例研究中取得的階段性成果,并探討了目前TIG-MIG復合焊研究存在的問題以及未來可行的研究方向。
[Abstract]:TIG-MIG composite welding synthesizes the high efficiency characteristic of inert gas welding in pure argon atmosphere and a welding method of high quality characteristic of TIG welding. The distance between TIG-MIG equilibrium current and TIG-MIG electrode of TIG-MIG is introduced in detail. The influence of the angle between the TIG-MIG welding torch on the welding performance of TIG-MIG, as well as the stage results obtained in the research of the TIG-MIG welding example, The problems existing in the research of TIG-MIG composite welding and the possible research directions in the future are also discussed.
