    前言：利用數(shù)值模擬技術(shù),分析對(duì)比了四種鑄件消失模鑄造和普通空腔鑄造充型過(guò)程的差異,以及流動(dòng)進(jìn)程中的溫度場(chǎng)分布的差別。結(jié)果表明,消失模充型順序與普通空腔鑄造充型順序大為不同,消失模流動(dòng)過(guò)程的熱量損失較普通空腔鑄造熱量損失大得多。同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),在消失模鑄件表面容易因殘余泡沫而造成表面渣氣孔,實(shí)際鑄件的表面質(zhì)量也證明了這一點(diǎn)。針對(duì)消失模的這些特點(diǎn)提供了改進(jìn)工藝的實(shí)例。
    By numerical simulation, the difference of filling process coupled with temperature field of EPC and the common casting technology for 4 kinds of castings was analyzed and compared, the simulation result showed that in EPC mold, the liquid filling order has great difference from that of in common mold. In the meantime, the heat lost through the filling way in EPC was also greater than that in common mold.
