【摘要】：電子束焊接(EBW)對機(jī)械工業(yè)具有重要意義,傳統(tǒng)的EBW受制于龐大真空工作室,導(dǎo)致無法進(jìn)行大規(guī)模的工業(yè)應(yīng)用。非真空電子束焊接(NV-EBW)破除了真空機(jī)制,使EBW焊接效率、應(yīng)用范圍以及機(jī)動(dòng)性能得到提升。簡述了NVEBW關(guān)鍵技術(shù)在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及NV-EBW應(yīng)用,介紹了NV-EBW關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的原理以及幾種NV-EBW關(guān)鍵技術(shù):差分抽氣、縱向引射式氣動(dòng)窗口、等離子窗,總結(jié)了各種技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)以及有待進(jìn)一步解決的問題,并展望了NV-EBW關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Electron beam welding (EBW) is of great significance to mechanical industry. Traditional EBW is restricted by a large vacuum studio, which makes it impossible to carry out large-scale industrial application. Non-vacuum electron beam welding (NV-EBW) breaks down the vacuum mechanism and makes EBW welding efficiency. The application scope and maneuverability are improved. The development status of NVEBW key technology at home and abroad and the application of NV-EBW are briefly described. The principle of NV-EBW key technology and several key NV-EBW technologies are introduced, namely differential pumping, longitudinal ejector pneumatic window, and so on. The advantages and disadvantages of various technologies and the problems to be solved are summarized, and the development trend of the key technologies of NV-EBW is prospected.
