【摘要】：為提高中碳鋼材料在高速切削下的加工質(zhì)量,降低其加工能耗。通過對中碳鋼材料的高速切削機理研究,建立結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并進行高速切削仿真分析。結(jié)果表明:仿真分析能夠得到較為合理的切削參數(shù),得出切削參數(shù)與切削力、切削溫度之間的關(guān)系。該研究能更好地指導中碳鋼材料在高速切削加工技術(shù)中的實際應用。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the machining quality of medium carbon steel material under high speed cutting and reduce its processing energy consumption, the structure model was established by studying the high speed cutting mechanism of medium carbon steel material. The simulation analysis of high speed cutting shows that the simulation analysis can get more reasonable cutting parameters, and the cutting parameters and cutting forces can be obtained. This study can better guide the practical application of medium carbon steel material in high speed cutting technology.
