【摘要】:利用正交試驗(yàn)法研究了淬火、第一次回火、第二次回火對(duì)H13鋼組織和性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:第二次回火對(duì)材料的強(qiáng)度和塑性影響最為顯著,其次為淬火,最后是第一次回火;隨淬火溫度升高,抗拉和屈服強(qiáng)度升高,斷面收縮率先升高后降低,伸長(zhǎng)率降低;強(qiáng)塑性隨第一次和第二次回火溫度變化的趨勢(shì)是一樣的,隨回火溫度升高強(qiáng)度均下降,塑性升高。H13鋼淬火后獲得板條馬氏體,淬火溫度升高至1070℃時(shí),馬氏體開(kāi)始明顯粗化;回火后馬氏體轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榛鼗瘃R氏體,部分馬氏體會(huì)產(chǎn)生回復(fù)再結(jié)晶,在馬氏體板條間出現(xiàn)大量碳化物。
[Abstract]:The effects of quenching, first tempering and second tempering on the microstructure and properties of H13 steel were studied by orthogonal test. The results showed that the second tempering had the most significant effect on the strength and plasticity of the material, followed by quenching and finally the first tempering. With the increase of quenching temperature, the tensile strength and yield strength increase, the cross section shrinkage increases first and then decreases, and the elongation decreases, and the change trend of strong plasticity with the first and second tempering temperature is the same, and the strength decreases with the increase of tempering temperature.
