道次間冷卻對(duì)厚板控制軋制變形行為的影響

【摘要】:厚規(guī)格鋼板軋制中低壓縮比難以消除連鑄坯心部缺陷,容易引起厚規(guī)格鋼板性能波動(dòng)。采用數(shù)值模擬和試驗(yàn)研究相結(jié)合的方法,詳細(xì)分析了道次間強(qiáng)冷卻工藝對(duì)厚規(guī)格板坯溫度變化和軋制變形的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,采用道次間強(qiáng)制水冷的方式進(jìn)行"溫控-形變"耦合控制,可以有效提高厚規(guī)格鋼板心部變形量,改善內(nèi)部質(zhì)量。對(duì)比分析可知,高溫粗軋階段采用道次間冷卻對(duì)鋼板心部變形影響較大;精軋階段進(jìn)行道次間冷卻,對(duì)鋼板心部變形影響相對(duì)較小,同時(shí)將顯著提升道次軋制力。
[Abstract]:The low compression ratio of thick steel plate rolling is difficult to eliminate the defects in the center of continuous casting billet, and it is easy to cause the performance fluctuation of thick steel plate. The method of numerical simulation and experimental study is adopted. The influence of strong interpass cooling process on the temperature change and rolling deformation of thick slab is analyzed in detail. The results show that the coupling control of "temperature control and deformation" is carried out by means of forced water cooling between passes. The core deformation of thick steel plate can be increased effectively and the internal quality can be improved. The comparison and analysis show that interpass cooling at high temperature rough rolling stage has a great influence on the core deformation of steel plate. The effect on the center deformation of steel plate is relatively small, and the rolling force of pass will be increased significantly at the same time.
