石墨形態(tài)及金相組織對(duì)蠕墨鑄鐵力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)澆鑄了5種化學(xué)成分基本相同,但蠕化率及金相組織均不同的蠕墨鑄鐵試樣,通過(guò)金相、拉伸及硬度等試驗(yàn),對(duì)蠕墨鑄鐵的蠕化率、石墨形態(tài)、金相組織、抗拉強(qiáng)度及布氏硬度進(jìn)行了測(cè)定。研究了蠕化率≥80%的情況下,蠕墨鑄鐵的蠕化率、石墨形態(tài)及金相組織對(duì)其抗拉強(qiáng)度和硬度等力學(xué)性能的綜合影響及機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)蠕化率≥80%的情況下,蠕化率的變化并不能顯著影響蠕墨鑄鐵抗拉強(qiáng)度和硬度等力學(xué)性能,降低石墨長(zhǎng)寬比可以有效提升蠕墨鑄鐵抗拉強(qiáng)度和硬度;當(dāng)蠕化率≥80%且石墨長(zhǎng)寬比為5~9的情況下,珠光體體積分?jǐn)?shù)對(duì)蠕墨鑄鐵抗拉強(qiáng)度和硬度等力學(xué)性能的影響最顯著。珠光體體積分?jǐn)?shù)越高,蠕墨鑄鐵的抗拉強(qiáng)度和硬度等力學(xué)性能越好。
