【摘要】：利用汽車(chē)覆蓋件雙驅(qū)動(dòng)雙吊楔模具進(jìn)行汽車(chē)后立柱外板的翻邊側(cè)翻邊側(cè)沖孔分離,解決制件向內(nèi)側(cè)翻邊時(shí)無(wú)法正常取料放料問(wèn)題,減少制件生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中模具頻繁維修現(xiàn)象,提高了生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:The double driving and double hanging wedge of automobile panel is used to separate the flanging side flanging side punching of the rear column outer plate of the automobile, so as to solve the problem that the workpiece can not normally fetching and discharging when the product is turning to the inside side, so as to reduce the frequent maintenance of the moulds in the production process and improve the production efficiency.
