【摘要】：在制品和工程結(jié)構(gòu)中,縫隙腐蝕是一種很普遍且隱蔽的局部腐蝕,其結(jié)果會(huì)導(dǎo)致構(gòu)件強(qiáng)度降低,既降低服役壽命,也存在安全隱患。指出縫隙腐蝕發(fā)生的三個(gè)必要條件——制品或工程結(jié)構(gòu)中有金屬或合金、有縫隙的存在、縫隙內(nèi)有腐蝕介質(zhì)滯留,概述了縫隙腐蝕的特征及三個(gè)階段。分析了縫隙腐蝕的影響因素,包括金屬性質(zhì)、環(huán)境因素(溶液中氧、氯離子濃度,溫度,p H值以及溶液的流速)和縫隙的幾何形狀。介紹了在實(shí)驗(yàn)室用三氯化鐵溶液驗(yàn)證不銹鋼及其合金的縫隙腐蝕敏感性的基本步驟,提出了在工程實(shí)際中如何預(yù)防縫隙腐蝕的基本思路。
[Abstract]:Crevice corrosion is a common and covert local corrosion in workpieces and engineering structures, which results in lower strength and lower service life. It is pointed out that there are three necessary conditions for crevice corrosion-metal or alloy in the product or engineering structure, existence of gap, and corrosion medium remaining in the crevice. The characteristics and three stages of crevice corrosion were summarized, and the influencing factors of crevice corrosion, including metal properties, environmental factors (oxygen in solution, concentration of chloride ion, temperature) were analyzed. Ph value and flow rate of the solution) and geometric shape of the crevice. The basic steps to verify the crevice corrosion sensitivity of stainless steel and its alloys using ferric chloride solution in laboratory are introduced. The basic idea of how to prevent crevice corrosion in engineering practice is put forward.
