【摘要】：正近日,包頭稀土研究院中試基地稀土鎂合金中試線完成鎂合金半連續(xù)熔鑄系統(tǒng)的調試生產,制備出鐖300mm×4000 mm的鎂合金棒材。對其機械加工后進行的超聲無損檢測顯示,合金鑄棒無鑄造缺陷,符合對應產品質量要求,下一步將進行大尺寸稀土鎂合金棒材的產業(yè)化制備工藝開發(fā)。鎂合金半連續(xù)鑄造技術是將鎂合金液經過結晶器凝結成殼后從下方拉出噴水冷卻成具有一定斷面形狀和一定長度的鑄坯的過程。半連續(xù)鑄造生產的錠坯具有晶粒細小、
[Abstract]:Recently, Baotou rare Earth Research Institute pilot-scale base rare earth magnesium alloy pilot line completed magnesium alloy semi-continuous casting system commissioning and production. Magnesium alloy bars of 300mm 脳 4000mm were prepared.
