【摘要】：采用化學(xué)鍍方法在TC4鈦合金表面制備了Ni-P鍍層,通過(guò)不同的退火溫度處理試件,研究了影響鍍層結(jié)合力的影響因素。用SEM分析了不同溫度處理后鍍層的結(jié)構(gòu)從而建立不同熱處理溫度、保溫時(shí)間與擴(kuò)散層厚度的動(dòng)力學(xué)方程;采用X射線衍射研究了擴(kuò)散界面的產(chǎn)物及不同退火溫度對(duì)鍍層的熱應(yīng)力的影響。結(jié)果表明:400℃,2h、400℃,4h熱處理之后無(wú)擴(kuò)散層出現(xiàn);在500℃,2 h、500℃,4 h、600℃,2 h、600℃,4 h、700℃,2 h、700℃,4 h熱處理后均出現(xiàn)擴(kuò)散層,并根據(jù)擴(kuò)散層的厚度與熱處理溫度和時(shí)間的關(guān)系推導(dǎo)出其擴(kuò)散的動(dòng)力學(xué)方程:y=2.72 exp(-6353/T)t;不同溫度熱處理后Ni-P鍍層的熱應(yīng)力顯著增加;熱處理后鍍層的結(jié)合力有所增加,400℃,2h、400℃,4h、500℃,4h熱處理后鍍層與基體的結(jié)合力最好。
[Abstract]:The Ni-P coating was prepared on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy by electroless plating. The samples were annealed at different temperatures. The influence factors on the adhesion of the coating were studied. The structure of the coating after different temperature treatment was analyzed by SEM, and the dynamic equations of different heat treatment temperature, holding time and diffusion layer thickness were established. The effect of the product of diffusion interface and different annealing temperature on the thermal stress of the coating was studied by X-ray diffraction.
