【摘要】:文章以包鋼生產(chǎn)的07系列壓力容器鋼為實(shí)驗(yàn)材料,進(jìn)行了調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理工藝研究,探討了淬火溫度、時(shí)間及回火溫度對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼組織和性能的影響。最終確定了不同厚度規(guī)格實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼板的淬火溫度為900~920℃,回火溫度則根據(jù)厚度控制在600~650℃,研究結(jié)果為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中熱處理工藝的制定提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the quenching and tempering process of 07 series pressure vessel steel produced by Baotou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd is studied, and the quenching temperature is discussed. The effect of time and tempering temperature on the microstructure and properties of the experimental steel was studied. Finally, the quenching temperature of the steel plate with different thickness was determined to be 900 ~ 920 鈩,
