【摘要】:采用彈塑性彎曲理論與應力線性疊加原則對塑性強化材料連續(xù)彈塑性彎曲過程力學行為進行分析,考慮應力傳遞效應對矯直過程的影響,建立七輥輥式矯直機連續(xù)彈塑性彎曲矯直過程力學模型。通過對比試驗結果及理論計算值,兩者偏差平均值在8%以內,驗證了理論分析方法的正確性。利用該模型,對不同的矯直策略進行分析。結果表明,大變形矯直策略殘余應力與殘余曲率控制能力均強于小變形矯直策略;由于應力傳遞效應對矯直過程的影響,使得小變形矯直策略隨矯直過程的深入,殘余曲率并未向零點逐步收斂,而是在一定范圍內波動;大變形矯直策略由于采用了逐步矯直的工藝設定思想,使其可以達到矯直的目的。這些分析結果為工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中矯直策略的選取提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The elastoplastic bending theory and the principle of linear superposition of stress are used to analyze the mechanical behavior of the continuous elastic-plastic bending process of plastic strengthened materials, and the effect of stress transfer effect on the straightening process is considered. The mechanical model of continuous elastic-plastic bending straightening process of seven-roll straightener is established. The average deviation between the two is less than 8% by comparing the experimental results and theoretical calculation values. The correctness of the theoretical analysis method is verified. Using this model, different straightening strategies are analyzed. The results show that the residual stress and curvature control ability of the large deformation straightening strategy is better than that of the small deformation straightening strategy. Due to the influence of stress transfer effect on the straightening process, the small deformation straightening strategy with the deepening of the straightening process, the residual curvature does not gradually converge to 00:00, but fluctuates in a certain range. The large deformation straightening strategy can achieve the purpose of straightening because of adopting the idea of step by step straightening technology. These results provide a theoretical basis for the selection of straightening strategy in industrial production.
