【摘要】：為設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)高集成化的鋼管成型機(jī),用塑性有限元軟件Dynaform對(duì)鋼管在不同壁厚情況下的彎曲過(guò)程進(jìn)行模擬,確定其結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)構(gòu)件成型的影響,為構(gòu)件、模具及機(jī)器設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù).利用Creo軟件進(jìn)行模具建模,再通過(guò)Creo與CAD軟件進(jìn)行裝配驗(yàn)證各設(shè)計(jì)尺寸的配合.在鋼管成型機(jī)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)上設(shè)計(jì)了料斗、導(dǎo)料組件、工作臺(tái)、機(jī)架、導(dǎo)流板,通過(guò)Creo與CAD軟件設(shè)計(jì)零部件結(jié)構(gòu)和裝配結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)的液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),將自動(dòng)上下料直至鋼管成型等工序集成在一臺(tái)機(jī)械上.經(jīng)樣機(jī)測(cè)試,該鋼管成型機(jī)可以滿足工作可靠、操作方便快捷、生產(chǎn)效率高的生產(chǎn)要求.
[Abstract]:For the steel molding machine to design a highly integrated, to simulate the bending process of steel pipe in different thickness under the condition of using plastic finite element software Dynaform. The influence on the components determine the structural parameters, and provide the basis for the components, mold and mold machine design. Using Creo software modeling, assembly verification with the size of the design through the Creo and CAD software. The mechanical structure of steel pipe forming machine designed hopper, material guide assembly, work table, frame, guide plate, through Creo and CAD software design components and assembly structure, hydraulic transmission system design, the automatic loading and unloading until the tube forming processes such as integrated in a machine. The prototype test, the steel pipe forming machine can meet the production requirements of reliable work, convenient operation and high production efficiency.
