摘要：

根據(jù)專業(yè)綜合改革的建設(shè)目標，對化學工程與工藝專業(yè)進行了一年的綜合改革與建設(shè)工作，在人才培養(yǎng)方案制訂、教學團隊建設(shè)、課程改革與教學資源建設(shè)、教學方式方法改革、實踐教學環(huán)節(jié)改革、教學管理改革等專業(yè)發(fā)展重要環(huán)節(jié)取得了良好的進展和較好的績效，，為化學工程與工藝專業(yè)卓越工程師的教育培養(yǎng)奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract： 

According to the construction goal of the specialty comprehensive reform , the comprehensive reform and the construction of the chemical engineering and technology ( CET ) specialty were carried out for one year.The good progress and better performance were made on main important links in the development of the CET specialty such as the talent training scheme formulating , teaching team construction , course reform , teaching resource construction , teaching method reform, practice teaching reform, and teaching management reform.The solid foundation was laid for the education and training of excellent engineer of the CET specialty.
