對(duì)于儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng),同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)高能量密度和高功率密度仍是一個(gè)巨大的挑戰(zhàn).電化學(xué)超級(jí)電容器通過(guò)表面吸附或表面氧化還原反應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)儲(chǔ)能,是解決上述問(wèn)題的潛在方法之一.本論文報(bào)道了一種新型高氮摻雜(9.29 at.%)黑色二氧化鈦(TiO2-x:N)超級(jí)電容器電極材料.該材料具有獨(dú)特的微觀結(jié)構(gòu),由高導(dǎo)電的非晶殼層和一個(gè)納米晶核組成.在酸性電解液中,該材料可以通過(guò)氮參與的氧化還原反應(yīng)(TiO2-xNy+z H++ze■-TiO2-xNyHz)可逆地與質(zhì)子結(jié)合實(shí)現(xiàn)能量的高效快速儲(chǔ)存,實(shí)現(xiàn)極高的比電容(2 mV s-1掃速下容量高達(dá)750 F g-1,1 A g-1電流密度下容量可達(dá)707 F g-1)、高倍率特性(極高電流密度20 A g-1時(shí)容量仍可達(dá)503 F g-1)和長(zhǎng)時(shí)間循環(huán)下的高穩(wěn)定性.作為一...
