細(xì)度和煅燒溫度對(duì)煤矸石火山灰活性及微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

【摘要】:通過(guò)化學(xué)吸鈣量和水泥膠砂力學(xué)強(qiáng)度測(cè)試,研究了煅燒溫度及細(xì)度對(duì)煅燒煤矸石火山灰活性的影響,并結(jié)合X射線衍射、紅外光譜、掃描電鏡和熱重測(cè)試,研究了煤矸石不同煅燒溫度下礦物組成、化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)及表面形貌發(fā)生的變化。結(jié)果表明:細(xì)度和煅燒溫度都會(huì)對(duì)煅燒煤矸石火山灰活性產(chǎn)生影響,粒度越細(xì)煅燒煤矸石的火山灰活性越大,最佳煅燒溫度為800℃左右;500℃煅燒時(shí)煤矸石中高嶺石開(kāi)始發(fā)生脫羥基反應(yīng),其層狀結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸被破壞;600~800℃煅燒時(shí)高嶺石完全轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槎嗫谉o(wú)序、非晶結(jié)構(gòu)的偏高嶺石;煅燒至1 000℃時(shí)偏高嶺石轉(zhuǎn)化為晶態(tài)的莫來(lái)石和方石英,使煅燒煤矸石無(wú)序度變差、火山灰活性變?nèi)酢?br/>[Abstract]:The effects of calcination temperature and fineness on the activity of calcined coal gangue pozzolanic ash were studied by means of chemical calcium absorption and mechanical strength test of cement sand. X-ray diffraction, infrared spectrum, scanning electron microscope and thermogravimetry were used to test the activity of the calcined coal gangue. The changes of mineral composition, chemical structure and surface morphology of coal gangue at different calcination temperatures were studied. The results show that both fineness and calcination temperature will affect the pozzolanic activity of calcined coal gangue. The finer the granularity, the greater the pozzolanic activity of calcined coal gangue, and the optimum calcination temperature is about 800 鈩,
