【摘要】：針對(duì)磷肥生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的低質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)氟硅酸不便利用或只能生產(chǎn)低價(jià)氟硅酸鈉的問題,本文進(jìn)行了采用氫氧化鉀堿解副產(chǎn)的氟硅酸制備高價(jià)值化工產(chǎn)品氟化鉀副產(chǎn)白炭黑的工藝研究,探討了反應(yīng)溫度、氫氧化鉀質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)、反應(yīng)終點(diǎn)pH值等因素對(duì)磷肥副產(chǎn)氟硅酸制備氟化鉀的純度和收率的影響,確定了適宜的工藝條件:反應(yīng)溫度為75℃、氫氧化鉀質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為50%、反應(yīng)終點(diǎn)pH值為9.0。在此條件下,制得的氟化鉀產(chǎn)品純度為98.43%,收率為78.15%;將白炭黑一次洗滌液返回系統(tǒng)循環(huán)使用,氟化鉀產(chǎn)品純度可維持在98%以上,而收率大于90%,能達(dá)到工業(yè)無(wú)水氟化鉀產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量要求。
