反應(yīng)溫度和添加劑含量對微波合成碳化硼微觀形貌的影響

【摘要】:微波燒結(jié)由于具有高效、快速、綠色等特點越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。本文以天然煤粉(C)和硼酸(H3BO3)為原料,在無氣氛保護條件下,利用2.45 GHz的TE666單頻微波燒結(jié)爐,快速碳熱還原反應(yīng)法制備出納米碳化硼(B_4C)粉體。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):當煤粉(C)和硼酸(H3BO3)質(zhì)量比為3∶1,微波燒結(jié)溫度為1400~1800℃,保溫時間為5min,即可制備出結(jié)晶良好的碳化硼(B_4C)晶體,調(diào)整相關(guān)工藝參數(shù)可以控制B_4C晶體的形貌,如直徑為50~150nm的球形顆;蛱蓟鹌瑺罱Y(jié)構(gòu),通過改變Na_2CO_3添加劑含量(3wt%~9wt%),可得到不同尺寸的碳化硼納米片(邊長為200~800 nm),獲得傳統(tǒng)電阻燒結(jié)條件下無法得到的碳化硼(B_4C)晶體。
[Abstract]:Microwave sintering has attracted more and more attention because of its high efficiency, rapidity and green. In this paper, using natural coal powder (C) and boric acid (H3BO3) as raw materials, nanometer boron carbide (BSCC) powder was prepared by rapid carbothermal reduction reaction in a 2.45 GHz TE666 single-frequency microwave sintering furnace without atmosphere protection.
