釬焊技術在金剛石工具中的應用

【摘要】:簡要介紹了金剛石工具、工具分類及其制造過程中用到的釬焊技術,分析了金剛石顆粒與基體的連接原理與形式,就金剛石工具行業(yè)國內外發(fā)展狀況評述了釬焊技術的相應發(fā)展,闡述了預合金粉末的擴散釬焊現(xiàn)象及有益作用,探討了釬焊材料、釬焊工藝和釬焊設備的協(xié)同規(guī)律,提出了金剛石工具行業(yè)釬焊技術的發(fā)展方向,為國內金剛石工具和焊接行業(yè)發(fā)展研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces diamond tools, classification of tools and brazing technology used in manufacturing process, and analyzes the principle and form of joining diamond particles with matrix. This paper reviews the development of brazing technology in diamond tools industry at home and abroad, expounds the phenomenon and beneficial effect of diffusion brazing of prealloyed powder, and discusses the synergistic law of brazing material, brazing process and brazing equipment. The development trend of brazing technology in diamond tools industry is put forward, which provides a reference for the development of diamond tools and welding industry in China.
