利用熱壓工藝試制塊狀高導熱石墨

【摘要】:以天然鱗片石墨為骨料,煤焦油瀝青為黏結劑,混捏成糊料后裝入特制的模具,在加壓的狀態(tài)下對模具和糊料進行通電加熱,在6~10 min之內溫度升高到1 400℃,入水冷卻后得到塊狀高導熱石墨。石墨塊尺寸為460 mm×230 mm×135 mm,垂直于壓力方向的室溫導熱系數達到378 W/(m·K)。
