納米MgO對(duì)水泥硬化漿體膨脹和強(qiáng)度的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)比輕燒MgO,對(duì)水泥硬化漿體的膨脹和抗壓強(qiáng)度隨納米MgO摻量的變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究.結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)壓蒸安定性試驗(yàn)后,在漿體中的納米MgO和輕燒MgO均已水化,其體積安定性合格的最大摻量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))分別約為10%和4%;在40℃水中養(yǎng)護(hù)至730d時(shí),納米MgO和輕燒MgO均已水化;水泥硬化漿體膨脹率隨MgO摻量和養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間的增加而增加,摻納米MgO漿體的膨脹較易趨于穩(wěn)定;水泥硬化漿體抗壓強(qiáng)度隨納米MgO摻量的增加而增大,隨輕燒MgO摻量的增加而降低.納米MgO具有較高的安定性摻量和較好的強(qiáng)度穩(wěn)定性,其膨脹可用于補(bǔ)償大體積混凝土的收縮.
[Abstract]:The change of expansion and compressive strength of cement hardened paste with the content of nano-MgO was studied by comparing with light burning MgO. The results show that the nano-MgO and lightly burned MgO in the slurry have been hydrated after the pressure steaming stability test, the maximum volume stability (mass fraction) of the MgO is about 10% and 4% respectively, and when the water is cured at 40 鈩,
