【摘要】：裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅是實現(xiàn)住宅建設(shè)工業(yè)化的有利條件,其具有空間布置靈活、綠色環(huán)保、承載力高、抗震性能優(yōu)越、經(jīng)濟適用以及施工工期短等優(yōu)點。但是,由于與裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅配套的墻板及連接構(gòu)造的應(yīng)用技術(shù)比較落后,導(dǎo)致其推廣應(yīng)用較難。作為國家青年科學(xué)基金項目“與鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅配套的煤矸石新型墻板的理論與試驗研究”(51208332)的子課題,本文圍繞裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅配套煤矸石墻板的連接構(gòu)造及相關(guān)試驗展開研究。根據(jù)裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅中墻板的施工以及正常使用等相關(guān)要求,以煤矸石墻板為研究對象,提出了樓板直接承受墻板自重、無需增設(shè)墻架柱以及洞邊構(gòu)件的墻板連接理念,分別研究了煤矸石外墻板和內(nèi)墻板的系列連接構(gòu)造問題——吊裝、安裝調(diào)節(jié)、固定、板的拼接、接縫、裝飾等,得到了煤矸石墻板相關(guān)連接構(gòu)造方法,與鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅裝配化相適應(yīng)。制作了煤矸石墻板試件,進行了導(dǎo)熱、隔聲的試驗研究,得到了煤矸石外墻板及內(nèi)墻板的材料傳熱系數(shù)與墻板隔聲量。根據(jù)試驗結(jié)果,通過不同材料與煤矸石墻板復(fù)合時的保溫、隔聲性能研究,給出了煤矸石墻板改善保溫性能和隔聲性能的解決方案。依據(jù)建筑墻板試驗規(guī)范對煤矸石墻板進行了吊掛力試驗和抗拉拔試驗,檢驗了煤矸石墻板懸掛荷載的能力以及煤矸石墻板與錨固件進行錨固的能力,從而得出了住宅設(shè)施或設(shè)備安裝的具體解決方案。
[Abstract]:The prefabricated steel structure residence is a favorable condition to realize the industrialization of residential construction. It has the advantages of flexible space arrangement, green environmental protection, high bearing capacity, superior seismic performance, economic applicability and short construction period. However, the application technology of wall panel and connection structure matching with fabricated steel structure residence is relatively backward, so it is difficult to popularize and apply it. As a sub-project of the National Youth Science Foundation project "the theoretical and experimental study on the new wall board of coal gangue matched with steel structure residence" (51208332), In this paper, the connection structure and related tests of gangue wallboard in fabricated steel structure residence are studied. According to the construction and normal use of wall board in fabricated steel structure residence, taking gangue wall board as the research object, the paper puts forward the concept of wall board connection, which directly bears the weight of wall board, does not need to add wall frame column and hole edge member, and so on. In this paper, the problems of series connection construction of coal gangue outer wall board and inner wall board are studied separately-hoisting, installation adjustment, fixing, splicing, joint and decoration of coal gangue wall board, etc., and the related connection construction method of coal gangue wall board is obtained. Suitable for assembly of steel structure housing. The material heat transfer coefficient and sound insulation of coal gangue wall board and inner wall board are obtained. According to the test results, through the study of the insulation and sound insulation performance of different materials combined with gangue wall board, a solution to improve the insulation performance and sound insulation performance of coal gangue wall board is given. According to the test code of building wall board, the hanging force test and pull out test of coal gangue wall board are carried out, and the ability of hanging load of coal gangue wall board and the ability of anchoring coal gangue wall board with anchoring parts are tested. Thus, the concrete solution of installation of residential facilities or equipment is obtained.
