重晶石熟料水浸過(guò)程熱力學(xué)及動(dòng)力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:重晶石熟料水浸工藝是重晶石碳熱還原法制備鋇鹽產(chǎn)品的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)重晶石熟料水浸過(guò)程熱力學(xué)及動(dòng)力學(xué)進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,重晶石熟料水浸過(guò)程主要有硫化鋇的水解反應(yīng),二氧化碳與氫氧化鋇生成碳酸鋇的反應(yīng);該水浸反應(yīng)屬于液-固相非催化反應(yīng),符合縮芯模型,表觀活化能Ea為39629.57J/mol,指前因子K0為4840.0484/min。
[Abstract]:The water leaching process of barite clinker is a key step in the preparation of barium salt products by barite carbothermal reduction. The thermodynamics and kinetics of barite clinker leaching process are studied in this paper. The results show that the water leaching process of barite clinker mainly includes the hydrolysis of barium sulphide and the reaction of carbon dioxide with barium hydroxide to form barium carbonate, which belongs to the liquid-solid phase non-catalytic reaction and accords with the model of shrinking core. The apparent activation energy (EA) is 39629.57 J / mol and the preexponential factor K0 is 4840.0484 / min.
