改性生土砌塊配合比試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)單因素試驗(yàn)對(duì)改性生土的工程特性進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,從而確定草筋、粉煤灰、水泥、生石灰的合理取值區(qū)間。利用正交試驗(yàn)方法考察各因素對(duì)改性生土抗壓強(qiáng)度、抗折強(qiáng)度的影響,并對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了極差、方差和因素指標(biāo)分析。結(jié)果表明,各因素對(duì)改性生土砌塊28 d抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響順序?yàn)?水泥C草筋A(yù)粉煤灰B生石灰D。各因素對(duì)改性生土砌塊28 d抗折強(qiáng)度的影響順序?yàn)?草筋A(yù)水泥C生石灰D粉煤灰B。綜合分析各因素對(duì)改性生土砌塊抗壓強(qiáng)度、抗折強(qiáng)度的影響,最終確定改性生土砌塊的最優(yōu)配合比。
[Abstract]:The engineering characteristics of modified raw soil were studied by single factor test, so as to determine the reasonable value range of grass reinforcement, fly ash, cement and quicklime. The effects of various factors on the compressive strength and flexural strength of the modified raw soil were investigated by orthogonal test method. The results show that the order of influencing factors on the compressive strength of modified raw soil block for 28 days is as follows: cement C grass reinforcement A fly ash B quicklime D. The order of influencing factors on the flexural strength of modified raw soil block for 28 days is as follows: grass reinforcement A cement C quicklime D fly ash B. The influence of various factors on the compressive strength and flexural strength of the modified raw soil block is comprehensively analyzed, and the optimum mix ratio of the modified raw soil block is finally determined.
