機(jī)制生土磚抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)方法研究

【摘要】:參照GB/T 2542—2012《砌墻磚試驗(yàn)方法》,對(duì)復(fù)摻纖維與水泥、單摻水泥、單摻砂等3種尺寸為240 mm×115 mm×90 mm的30個(gè)改性機(jī)制生土磚試件進(jìn)行抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn),從試件的破壞形態(tài)、荷載-位移曲線、極限強(qiáng)度以及數(shù)據(jù)分布情況等方面考察試驗(yàn)方法的可行性。研究表明:3種試件在該試驗(yàn)方法下強(qiáng)度值分布合理,受力過程、破壞形態(tài)符合生土塊材軸心受壓規(guī)律,抗壓強(qiáng)度數(shù)據(jù)整體表現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定,表明按GB/T 2542—2012得出的結(jié)果能真實(shí)反映機(jī)制生土磚的抗壓強(qiáng)度,可作為機(jī)制生土磚的抗壓強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)方法。
[Abstract]:With reference to GB/T 2542-2012, the compressive strength tests of 30 modified raw soil brick specimens with the size of 240mm 脳 115mm 脳 90mm were carried out. The feasibility of the test method was investigated in terms of load-displacement curve, ultimate strength and data distribution. The results show that the strength distribution of the three kinds of specimens is reasonable, the stress process and the failure pattern are in accordance with the axial compression law of raw soil blocks, and the compressive strength data are stable as a whole. It is shown that the results obtained from GB/T 2542-2012 can truly reflect the compressive strength of machine-made soil bricks and can be used as the standard test methods for the compressive strength of machine-made soil bricks.
