【摘要】：泡沫玻璃是一種新型的保溫隔熱多孔材料,發(fā)泡劑是促進配合料產(chǎn)生泡沫從而形成氣孔結(jié)構的物質(zhì),對泡沫玻璃的孔徑、孔分布等孔結(jié)構有著直接影響。介紹了不同發(fā)泡劑的發(fā)泡機理及選擇方法;評述了發(fā)泡劑的種類、摻量和細度對泡沫玻璃孔結(jié)構及其性能的影響;討論了發(fā)泡劑種類、摻量及細度的選擇與控制原則。
[Abstract]:Foamed glass is a new type of thermal insulation porous material. Foaming agent is a kind of material to promote the formation of foam and thus form the pore structure, which has a direct impact on the pore size and pore distribution of foamed glass. This paper introduces the foaming mechanism and selection methods of different foaming agents, reviews the influence of the kinds of foaming agents, the amount and fineness of foaming agents on the pore structure and properties of foamed glass, and discusses the selection and control principle of foaming agent type, amount and fineness.
