【摘要】:對碳熱還原硫酸鋇反應過程進行了熱力學分析和動力學研究,結(jié)果表明:碳熱還原硫酸鋇反應在高溫階段主要由碳氣化產(chǎn)生的CO與硫酸鋇粒子發(fā)生反應,升高溫度有利于提高反應速度、縮短反應時間;在物料配比(以質(zhì)量計)為硫酸鋇∶無煙煤=4∶1,硫酸鋇粒度過200目,無煙煤過80目,反應溫度為850~1 000℃時,還原反應過程的限制性環(huán)節(jié)是界面化學反應,表觀活化能為183.69kJ/mol,動力學方程可由Erofeev方程ln[-ln(1-x)]=nlnt+lnk表示。
[Abstract]:The thermodynamic analysis and kinetic study on the process of carbothermal reduction of barium sulfate have been carried out. The results show that the CO produced by carbothermal reduction of barium sulfate mainly reacts with barium sulfate particles at high temperature. When the mass ratio of barium sulfate to anthracite is 4: 1, the particle size of barium sulfate is more than 200 mesh, the size of anthracite is over 80 mesh, and the reaction temperature is 850 鈩,
