工業(yè)磷銨母液制備工業(yè)磷酸一銨的工藝研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)對(duì)工業(yè)磷銨母液進(jìn)行反調(diào)pH反應(yīng)、過(guò)濾、濃縮和結(jié)晶等過(guò)程,實(shí)現(xiàn)磷銨循環(huán)利用。以工業(yè)磷銨母液為原料,分別從反應(yīng)溫度、pH、濃縮相對(duì)密度、結(jié)晶溫度、結(jié)晶時(shí)間等因素探究對(duì)制備工業(yè)磷酸一銨的影響。通過(guò)X射線衍射(XRD)對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行表征,同時(shí)測(cè)定產(chǎn)品的五氧化二磷和氮含量。結(jié)果表明其最優(yōu)的工藝條件:反應(yīng)溫度為80℃、pH為4.1、濃縮相對(duì)密度為1.38、結(jié)晶溫度為20℃、結(jié)晶時(shí)間為60 min。此條件下,五氧化二磷和氮含量都符合工業(yè)磷酸一銨Ⅰ類(lèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Ammonium phosphate recycling was realized by reverse pH adjustment, filtration, concentration and crystallization of industrial ammonium phosphate mother liquor. The effects of reaction temperature (pH), concentration relative density, crystallization temperature and crystallization time on the preparation of industrial ammonium phosphate were investigated. The product was characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD) and the content of phosphorus pentoxide and nitrogen was determined at the same time.
