【摘要】:普通混凝土具有許多優(yōu)點(diǎn),但其脆性大、易產(chǎn)生開(kāi)裂,這將導(dǎo)致外界化學(xué)介質(zhì)向內(nèi)部擴(kuò)散的速度加快,使建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的使用壽命大幅度降低。加入聚乙烯醇纖維是解決這一問(wèn)題的一種有效途徑,并且能夠顯著改善水泥基材料的性能。論文介紹了聚乙烯醇纖維增強(qiáng)水泥基復(fù)合材料的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、動(dòng)力學(xué)特性以及自愈合情況,探討了該材料的微觀設(shè)計(jì)理論,介紹了其應(yīng)用,并對(duì)聚乙烯醇纖維增強(qiáng)水泥基復(fù)合材料研究進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Ordinary concrete has many advantages, but its brittleness is large, easy to produce cracking, this will lead to the speed of the diffusion of external chemical media to the internal faster, so that the service life of the building structure is greatly reduced. Adding polyvinyl alcohol fiber is an effective way to solve this problem and can improve the properties of cement based materials. This paper introduces the research status, dynamic characteristics and self-healing of polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced cement matrix composites at home and abroad, discusses the micro design theory of the material, and introduces its application. The research of polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced cement matrix composites is also prospected.
