葡萄糖改性聚羧酸減水劑的合成與性能

【摘要】:以葡萄糖(G)作為原料,在冰水浴的條件和丙烯酰氯進(jìn)行酰氯化反應(yīng)得到丙烯酸葡萄糖酯(AGE)。通過(guò)自由基共聚法將甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG-2400)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸葡萄糖酯聚合得到改性的聚羧酸減水劑,討論了不同條件對(duì)聚羧酸減水劑性能的影響。通過(guò)紅外譜圖(FTIR)等手段對(duì)丙烯酸葡萄糖酯和共聚物進(jìn)行了表征。實(shí)驗(yàn)中獲得的最佳條件是:反應(yīng)溫度為60℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為3.5h,甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸和丙烯酸葡萄糖酯的摩爾比是1∶3∶0.5。通過(guò)凈漿流動(dòng)度實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,改性后的聚羧酸減水劑在1h以內(nèi)可以保持流動(dòng)度為280mm不變,同時(shí)對(duì)比了未改性的聚羧酸減水劑和只加入葡萄糖單體的聚羧酸減水劑,結(jié)果表明改性后的聚羧酸減水劑在分散和保持性能方面有了很大提高。
[Abstract]:Glucose acrylate (AGEN) was obtained by acylation reaction of acylonyl chloride with acyl chloride under the condition of ice bath. The modified polycarboxylic acid water reducer was prepared by polymerization of methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether (TPEG-2400) and glucose acrylate by free radical copolymerization. The effects of different conditions on the properties of polycarboxylic acid water reducer were discussed. Glucose acrylate and copolymer were characterized by FTIR.
