高鐵鈦高嶺土的煅燒及產(chǎn)物微觀結(jié)構(gòu)特征

【摘要】:采用正交試驗(yàn)方法研究了煅燒溫度、煅燒時(shí)間、冷卻方式、高嶺土品質(zhì)對(duì)偏高嶺土火山灰活性的影響,并用功效系數(shù)法對(duì)其制備工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)選。結(jié)果表明:影響高鐵鈦偏高嶺土煅燒活性的因素由大到小順序?yàn)殪褵龝r(shí)間、煅燒溫度、高嶺土品質(zhì)、冷卻方式。綜合考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、資源化利用及節(jié)能減排,最佳制備工藝參數(shù)為:煅燒溫度850℃,煅燒時(shí)間2 h,空氣中自然冷卻。利用XRD和SEM對(duì)偏高嶺土的活化機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明,偏高嶺土可以改善水泥漿體孔結(jié)構(gòu),提高水泥漿體組織結(jié)構(gòu)的均勻性與致密性。
[Abstract]:The effects of calcination temperature, calcination time, cooling mode and kaolin quality on the pozzolanic activity of metakaolin were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that the calcination time, calcination temperature, kaolin quality and cooling mode are the main factors affecting the calcination activity of ferric titanium metakaolin.
