硫酸-無(wú)機(jī)鹽中脫硫石膏水熱合成硫酸鈣晶須

【摘要】:以脫硫石膏為原料,利用水熱法在硫酸-無(wú)機(jī)鹽-水體系中成功制備出硫酸鈣晶須。借助SEM、圖像粒度分析等方法,考察反應(yīng)溫度、時(shí)間、硫酸濃度、晶型控制劑等條件對(duì)晶須形貌及長(zhǎng)徑比的影響,并初步討論硫酸-無(wú)機(jī)鹽-水體系對(duì)晶須成核和生長(zhǎng)過程的影響。結(jié)果表明:在硫酸-無(wú)機(jī)鹽-水體系中,反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、硫酸濃度和晶型控制劑的類型,都會(huì)改變硫酸鈣晶須的平均長(zhǎng)徑比。制備硫酸鈣晶須的最優(yōu)工藝條件為:脫硫石膏質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)5%,反應(yīng)溫度135℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間150 min,硫酸濃度10-3 mol/L,使用的晶型控制劑為氯化銅(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.17%)。在此條件下制備的半水硫酸鈣晶須平均長(zhǎng)徑比可達(dá)到74.38。
[Abstract]:Calcium sulfate whisker was successfully prepared from desulphurized gypsum by hydrothermal method in sulfuric acid-inorganic salt-water system. The effects of reaction temperature, time, sulfuric acid concentration and crystal shape control agent on whisker morphology and aspect ratio were investigated by means of SEM and image particle size analysis. The effect of sulfuric acid-inorganic salt-water system on the nucleation and growth of whisker was discussed. The results show that the average aspect ratio of calcium sulfate whisker can be changed by reaction temperature, reaction time, concentration of sulfuric acid and the type of crystal type controlling agent in sulfuric acid-inorganic salt-water system.
